Description:

Alignerr is seeking remote Software Testing Analysts to evaluate, execute, and stress-test source code generated by advanced Artificial Intelligence models. In this highly flexible contract role, you will act as an AI trainer by putting machine-generated code through its paces. Your core objective is to run programs across various languages, intentionally hunt down logical edge cases, flag hidden bugs, and document whether the code behaves as expected. Your feedback will directly influence how global AI research labs train models to write secure, clean, and production-worthy software.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, understand, and locally run simple programs in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++).
• A logical thinker with a knack for spotting structural discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and edge cases where a program might break.
• Strong written English communication skills to clearly articulate testing results, log errors step-by-step, and provide structured feedback using standard evaluation rubrics.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working completely independently while meeting quality standards under freelance autonomy.
• Familiarity with modern code editors or cloud-based IDEs (such as VS Code or Replit), basic scripting exposure, and an active interest in LLM alignment and AI engineering.

Salary / Pay: $40 – $120 per hour
